We are now looking for a Senior Analysis Engineer to join our team in the Tampere office!

Key tasks and responsibilities

As a Senior Analysis Engineer, you will study and analyse technical specifications and evaluate how implementation can be validated. You might also executed testing based on your analysis.

You actively share your knowledge, provide support and may give technical training for the project team.

You are supporting Sales, Customer and Project Manager to ensure that the necessary requirements and restrictions are understood and covered when preparing the technical section of the quotation. You help the Project Manager in creating the project plan by providing expertise in specific technical area(s) for e.g., effort estimation, project risks, technology selections and quality requirements.

What you need to succeed

• Your role requires a solid background in a STEM field (e.g., engineering, computer science) with strong skills and good experience in at least one specific technical area such as Wi-Fi, BLE, NFC, or similar technology in theory and practice.

• Ability to read and analyse complex documentation is required, along with strong analytical skills and attention to detail is key competence in this position.

• Aiming for high quality is a natural value for you.

• Good software testing and debugging skills are beneficial, and you know how to use Python for scripting. Tools like ex. Wireshark are familiar to you.

• You communicate well, with the ability to write clear and detailed reports in English, and you feel comfortable working with customers.

Education and work experience

The post requires B.Sc. or M.Sc. or equivalent degree, at least 4 years of relevant work experience and good understanding/experience of the project business
