Sales Engineer
Job Summary
Sasken Finland Oy serves domestic and global customers in the design and development of hardware and software products and provides services and solutions for industries such as Telecommunication, Industrials and Defence, Medical, and Satcom. Sasken Finland has a strong track record of successfully delivering R&D product programs with high-end expertise in wireless technologies.
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales support team in Finland. The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise and support to our sales process, ensuring that our clients receive the best solutions tailored to their needs.
You will be responsible for
- Collaborate with sales to identify customer needs and propose appropriate technical solutions.
- Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and use cases to customers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations for clients.
- Assist in the development of proposals and respond to requests for information and requests for proposals.
- Provide insights on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to inform product development and sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, addressing their technical queries and concerns promptly.
- Support the creation of solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful deployment.
- Be as sales support representative for Finland and co-operate with our corporate level sales team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical sales, sales, or project/product management, preferably in the high-technology and or software industry.
- Understanding of engineering principles and wireless technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for customer engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple sales projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
