Job Summary

• Person at this position has gained significant work experience to be able to apply their knowledge effectively and deliver results. • Works under limited supervision of Team Lead/ Project Manager.

1. who:
    a. Understands new/existing product/feature/concept doc requirement
    b. Authors by aligning with customer documentation process/stylesheets/styleguides
    c. Grasps the domain knowledge quickly
    d. Implements DDLC/Doc. process for authoring docs
2. Who has excellent command over English/grammar
3. Who is familiar with:
    a. Tech Documentation Tools: Framemaker/Arbortext/Madcap flare, MS Office tools, MS Visio ...
    b. Content Management System or Version Control system: SVN, Confluence...
    c. Image editing/Graphics tools: MS Paint, SnagIT, Photoshop, Corel draw
    d. Publishing tools: Robohelp, Webworks

Platforms- Mandatory to have one of the following: Windows, Solaris, Linux

Technology Standard-
Mandatory to know Document Development Life Cycle
MSTP/Style guides

Tools-
Mandatory to have one of the following tools: Framemaker, Webworks, MS word, Paint, Photoshop, MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Power Point along with graphics tools such as MS Paint/Snag.
